I USA hade flera av dem med all sannolikhet dömts till döden efter att 22 poliser mördats och 400 skottskadats i statskuppsförsöket 2018. |
NICARAGUA: Ny lag hindrar fosterlandsförrädare att delta
i valet i november 2021
Föreställ dig om det hade varit USA,
Spanien eller Sverige. Låt oss göra tankeexperimentet att 150 republikanska ledande
partimedlemmar mördas, deras hus bränns ned, primärvårdskliniker drabbas av
samma öde, 22 poliser mördas och 400 skottskadas, flera torteras och bränns
levande, allt i ett försök, som 2018, att med våld störta den regering som
valts av folket 2016.
Vad skulle ha
hänt i dessa tre länder?
Det vet vi.
MEN NU HANDLAR DET om det sandinistiska Nicaragua som vägrar
att ses som och utgöra en bananrepublik ”där
det är billigare att köpa en kongressledamot än en åsna i Kentucky”, som
han sa, United Fruits grundare och direktör Samuel Zemurray, även kallad ”Banana
Man” om de politiker som sålde sig till bananbolaget och på så sätt
garanterade USA-företagets vinster på bekostnad av en obeskrivlig misär bland
Honduras´ arbetare på bananplantagerna.
Men Nicaragua
stiftar sina egna lagar mot dem som vill vara billigare än en åsna från
Kentycky. Och det faller inte i smaken för damerna och herrarna i USA.

att störta den egna regeringen, såsom Klanen Chamorro, de som föredrar
Stjärnbaneret framför den blåvita nicaraguanska fanan och de som kräver att
”Mänsklighetens Fiende”, som han sjöng då han var sandinist, Carlos Mejia
Godoy, ska strypa det nicaraguanska folkets ekonomi och liv ytterligare ett knapphål,
dessa pitiyankies har ingen plats på någon valbar lista inför valet i november
2021.

New law only inhibits traitors,
says Bayardo Arce

The Law for the Defense of the Rights of the People to
Independence, Sovereignty and Self-determination, for Peace, only inhibits
those with a treacherous vocation, assured the Advisor for Economic Affairs of
the Presidency, Bayardo Arce Castaño.
“The Law only inhibits those who have a treacherous
vocation, who are going to ask that they attack us, invade us and sanction the
country, but it does not inhibit (anyone). Yes, a person acts correctly, he
will be able to run in the elections, because it is a right that our political
constitution gives us Nicaraguans, ”said the government's economic adviser.
That law came into effect on Tuesday, December 22, in
the official newspaper La Gaceta for its proper application.
In an interview with Channel 14, Arce reaffirmed that
next year there will be a reform of Law 331, the Electoral Law that guarantees
to have a free, fair and transparent election process.
“President Daniel Ortega has said that next year will
come the discussion of a reform to the Electoral Law with the different
political forces. It will be in the month of May, not because the Organization
of American States (OAS) says so, but because they are the normal terms of an
electoral process, ”said Arce.
He also expressed that by 2021, the government will
study a new reform to the Tax Agreement to address the ceiling on the payment
of Value Added Tax (VAT), which was raised by 3% to medium and large companies.
Regarding the handling that the Sandinista Government
has given to the Covid-19 pandemic, Arce that given the lack of economic
resources to face the crisis, it was necessary to resort to the
"Swedish" model to avoid imposing confinements or restrictive mobility
measures between people so as not to affect the economy.
“To a certain extent we applied this Swedish model, of
a herd against the pandemic because reality forced us to do it, we did not have
the flow of resources, we were blocked by the United States through the Nica

La Ley Defensa de los Derechos del Pueblo a la
Independencia la Soberanía y Autodeterminación, para la Paz, solo inhibe a los
tienen vocación traidora, aseguró el
Asesor para Asuntos Económicos de la Presidencia, Bayardo Arce Castaño.
“La Ley solo inhibe a los que tienen vocación
traidora, que van a pedir que nos agredan, nos invadan y que sancionen al país,
pero no inhibe a (nadie). Si, una persona actúa correctamente, sí podrá correr
en los comicios, porque es un derecho que nuestra constitución política nos da
a los nicaragüenses”, resaltó el asesor para asuntos económicos del Gobierno.
Esa ley entró en vigencia este martes 22 de diciembre
en el diario oficial La Gaceta para su debida aplicación.
En entrevista al Canal 14, Arce reafirmó que el
próximo año habrá una reforma a la Ley 331, Ley Electoral que garantice tener
un proceso de elecciones libres, justas y transparentes.
“El presidente Daniel Ortega ha dicho que el próximo
año vendrá la discusión de una reforma a la Ley Electoral con las diferentes
fuerzas políticas. Será en el mes de mayo, no porque lo diga la Organización de
Estados Americanos (OEA), sino porque son los plazos normales de un proceso electoral”,
afirmó Arce.
También expresó que para el 2021, el gobierno
estudiará una nueva reforma a la Ley de Concertación Tributaria para abordar el
techo del pago del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA), que se le elevó un 3% a
las medianas y grandes empresas.
Sobre el manejo que el Gobierno Sandinista ha dado a
la pandemia de Covid-19, Arce que ante la falta de recursos económicos para
hacerle frente a la crisis se tuvo que acudir al modelo “sueco” para no imponer
confinamientos, ni medidas restrictivas de movilidad entre las personas para no
afectar la economía.
“En cierta medida aplicamos este modelo sueco, de
rebaño contra la pandemia porque la realidad nos obligó hacerlo, nosotros no
teníamos los flujos de recursos, estábamos bloqueados por los Estados Unidos a
través de la Nica Act, entonces no nos quedó más que combinar el esfuerzo entre
las autoridades del Minsa al no dejar a todos los infectados en los hospitales
que era una mayor fuente de contagios” dijo Arce.
De acuerdo con el último informe del MINSA, hasta la semana pasada se había acumulado
5,938 casos y solo 163 fallecidos.
